Hesitation was part of the group exhibition "REGRETS" at the Museum for Sepulcral Culture in Kassel, Germany. The video installation played on a loop across screens in the museum’s bathrooms, each equipped with loudspeakers in each corner. Inspired by the iconic hand scene from "Pride and Prejudice," I sought to create a contemplative atmosphere by exclusively using images of hands. The video interprets the theme of regret through the metaphor of hesitation, portraying a person who is perpetually stuck in the limbo between potential actions and reality. The repetitive imagery of hands conveys a sense of indecision, capturing the internal struggle of regret and the endless cycle of hesitation.
